This has probably been asked a million times but can support revert a craft?

    If i accidentally accepted a craft and lost gold stats, can support revert it?

    The answer to that has three parts...

    First: are they permitted to do so?
    No. Please read this thread very carefully.

    Second: can it technically be done?
    Sometimes. Depends. I cannot go into detail here but... for some items, it is absolutely not possible and, depending on the circumstances, it is technically not feasible for others.

    Third: if it is technically possible for a given item, will Support restore it?
    Best to ask. If it was really, really important to you, state that fact and ask nicely. Give as many details about the item as you can (item name, base level, glyphed level, number of opened slots, rarity (EO, Leg or unique) and when you destroyed it) and understand that it is not your right to demand that it be restored. Although as said above, Support is not permitted to restore items used in the crafting process, there can be exceptions made to almost any rule if sticking to the letter of the law would be grossly unfair. That is at the discretion of the Support worker.
