Suggestion CV needs to have some kind of use

There is no real point of the display CV other then bragging rights. Perhaps add Achievement Points for when you reach certain points.

 

Baragain actually provided an in depth way to make it usable, but DSO will never admit that they made a colossal mistake in creating it. So we are stuck with a useless feature that will only continue to confuse new players and frustrate older ones.

I deserve some of the credit, but a lot also goes to BigPapa (Oh how I miss that guy). Here are the two relevant threads. BigPapa's is about the feel and idea. Mine is about the math.

BTW, both are still open for replies, so feel free to contribute, even though these are 5+ months old. The system is still broke and maybe more talking (and complaining) is what we need to make things happen.

Thanks for the poke and, be it known, your effort to align/influence rational choices by the design team with player needs is appreciated by those that still hold a hope of returning.

Pretty much the same. Promise us something, take it back. Give us something useful, add a bunch of bugs. Ask for our opinion, ignore it. Delay the best features. Implement weird visual things that no one cares about or ever asked for. Another fresh round of nerf talk.

Basically same old crap, different day.

There are plenty of us that miss your level head in these discussions, not that any of the decision makers would listen, but know that it is missed.
