Once you accept a quest, it gives you a nice little level indication. Once you've accepted 10 quests and then dropped the higher ones so you can accept more quests to drop the higher ones to accept more quests to drop the higher ones... all so you can get them in order.

Wouldn't it be nice if the quest level was indicated in the conversation next to the "!" mark so we wouldn't have to waste all the time accepting and dropping them?

It's not so bad in Kingshill, but once you get to Werian Sanctuary and the Command Outpost, it's disheartning to keep essentially saying "piss on you, I'm not doing that" everytime you drop the quests.

Getting the ones by level would aleviate doing the harder ones first and then doing the easier ones later because you found you'd missed ones (I once did the Rootrock Cavern completely last for that area because I was new and didn't talk to the people in the right order).

An alternative would be to have the "!" show up in order. Say, once you accepted all the 8's, then the 9's would show up. Once you'd accepted the 9's, then the 10's would show up. Excettera, excettera, excettera.

  2. Or, just allow us to pick as many quests as we want, and not just 10. This has been asked for years, but still no notice.

What's the deal, just let us grab as many quests as we want, or atleast make pvp quests have their own tab so there's more space for exp quests, since some people like to pvp and pve at the same time.

That's exactly what I was thinking.

That would only benefit the players. Those kinds of ideas rarely get considered and almost never implemented.

Kudos to the developers. The additional items added to the quests make it even better than I was asking for.

Not only did you add the quest level to the NPC popup, but you added the "Area" involved as well. My secondary character (DK) is currently in Hogni's Mine and I'm able to select not only the right quests to do first, but now I can ensure that I get all the Iron Woods quests before moving on to the Hailstone Mountains.

I also really like the grouping of the quest with the different colors. The circled arrow behind the exclamation mark for repeat quests is also a great help. For today's "Daily Challenges" I need 6 quests and was able to determine that I needed 2 repeats on this trip out so that I can get the 6 quests done with least amount of trips to town (hopefully just 1).

The info for each quest on the right is also a great improvement. That helps greatly when I've been away a couple of days as to where I'm currently at. (I don't play all my characters every day - just not possible).

I'm going to only ask for one more thing (two parts) in this topic:
    A. When you are looking at the map, can you make it toggle between the question/exclamation mark and what that merchant does? Sometimes I forget when I go back, and sometimes I'm hitting everyone that has quest info trying to find the merchant that I'm looking for.
    B. When you get to a merchant, can you display both the quest marks and thier merchant type above their heads?

    Thanks.
