3 day prem dispeared

after a long break from drakensang i return to find my 3day crown missing and not impressed to say the least.. worked hard for that in the ravenclaw event and saved it for new toon when i restarted to play again..

please look into my account and see if issue from patch's or did you remove this 3day pre

Are you sure you didn't activated it?
I still have 2 in my locker and another 2 in my other toon's locker (in same account) ... and they are sitting there for long time.



Contact the support ... maybe they can help you ... but do it now don't wait.

 

I also have one of those "freemiums" saved in my locker that I am somewhat hesistant to use since these days freemium can't be activated at your (our) convenience, so that makes those old freemium quite the antique

With regards to a disappeared freemium, well, I had a run in with a similar situation when I clicked on a freemium; it disappeared but premium was not activated for me....hence I contacted support but because it can't be verified/proved whether I had the freemium which had failed to activate...nothing can be done...

My advice, continue to farm and level up, not much else that's under our control anyway.

 

no didnt use it..
i had 2 but used one to do the event and was very happy i got it back then its gone now some months later
