error code 23

i have sent a ticket in to support on this but any time frame on a fix dont want to lose my daily bonuses

 

ERROR CODE 23: Players cannot enter the game because the game tells them that they are already logged in. According to developers some cases can be solved when players try not to log in for at least 10 minutes and the system logs straightens the problem out by itself.

Try every toon on that account. The error is due to one of the toons never sent a logoff or when it did there was a dropped packet. So the sever thinks one of the toons are still logged it. I got on and found out everyone in the guild was trying to ask me a question due to the fact it said I was logged in.

 

I don't even know how to post a thread or anything so i post this here.
The game disconected me from the server,so i tried reconnecting and it didn't work,it sayed "all conection attempts failed"
So first thing I did was searched google to try and fix the problem,and i found a thread,same problem as me,and the reply was:
-Restart your router.So i tried that and it didnt work.
Than i tried reinstalling the game,still didnt work.
Than i redownloaded the game and that didn't work either.
Than i restarted my laptop,and it didnt work either.
I checked my connection and everything is fine,everything works like its supposed to,but i still can't connect to my character.
So i searched and searched..AND SEARCHED on how to post a thread,and i didn't find anything,so i tried connecting to my other character.
It said: -Player is already logged in. (Error code: 23)
So i searched AND SEARCHED on how to post a thread on this forum,i found nothing else but this.So here i am,asking what is the problem and is there any cure for it.
And i'm going to list the things i tried just in case:
-Restarted game
-Restarted laptop
-Restarted router
-Reinstalled game
-Redownloaded game

 

OK so i restarted my laptop again and i opened the game,all was good now.
But another bug.I go 3v3 deathmatch and i cant turn off the battle registration.
Secound time i tried it worked fine.
Than i went on 1v1 pvp and it worked fine.
Secound time i went on 1v1 pvp it didnt work.
Tried again and it didnt work.
It's a problem if it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't,i dont know any other place to post my threads,i'm sorry if this is not the place for these kind of bugs.

these happen to me too months ago.
as for error 23,wait an hour or so then try again,or ask support to log you out.
as for the pvp,it use to happen alot. at the end of pvp clik X and not rereg again or log back in,but it will fix itself eventually

 

I changed servers or something in the forums and my name changed too its not another account and i have seen you responding on other threads too and sorry but,Mal3ficent,you aren't very helpful.

No you didn't. You changed accounts.
I am most helpful when banning people and deleting posts, try not to tempt me.
One more thing, before using the forum read this thread, and read all the guides inside.
Also, consecutive posting is considered as spam, next time your posts will be deleted, not merged.

For error 23 I checked all my accounts on all servers til I found the one that was online. There are sometimes where something happens and your Internet goes out right at the moment you toon is doing something. Maybe in a npc window. Where the server might disable timeouts. When I finally got online everyone in the guild said I was on all day. 20 hours had passed since I logged off. Until I tried to log into the account that was stuck no other toon could get in.

Please note I am not 100% sure if you can only have 1 account on all servers on at one time. If you play on multiple servers then I think that could be a tedious task...

 

Today i just closed the window of client than 15 mins later i tried to log in. I can't cuz there is the errorcode 23, i get it with all my characters

 

How many servers do you have an account on. Check all servers see if you can get on. Also try the log off from the char select screen just incase...

 

please read the comments,you can play other servers,just not your main server.you have to wait awhile or ask support to log you out.
