    I agree!

    At first it will be exciting and new, but soon - 3-4 weeks and the guilds will start to split up. Not only cause mainly fixed groups will participate (cause you cant group up with those who cant be online that time), but also cause it will be much easier to share on the reward. It will save time and anger that the whiny mambers will cause, since there are always members who are not mature enough.
    Then will come the time of the power guilds. Gathering up the strongests of the slit up guilds and taking the ruling positions.
    Then noone will join to that kind of battle cause it will be allways the same, and everyone will lose the interest. Going back to farm the same areas just like now, then maybe holding out til the new content comes again - maybe not-.

    Personally, I think Guild Wars will improve the quality of PvP matches. I am disappointed that the start-up date is continually pushed back.

    The best part of pvp comes from the fun of matched teams competing. The random mix is poisoned when 1 or 2 dipsticks sabotage play, misuse emotes, or have their own agenda. Some even sabotage the flag runner, so they can get an easy score! And what's cool about some clod, hanging out in the battle field, moving only enough to not be kicked? Guild teams can make that disappear.

    Another aggravation is when teams have no clear strategy; everyone is out for themselves, and in each others' way, or at cross purposes.
    Guild battles can also boost the learning curve for all players. Many guild teams already exist in PvP, but match restrictions severely limit play. 5 possible teams of 6-10 players ought to take care of that problem.

    A monthly rotation through the possible guild teams will give everyone a chance to find well matched opponents. Since it's not mandatory, no one must play Guild Wars, or any PvP for that matter.

    25 puncturing shots and 25 steadfast for 1v1. Well, that was easy. Only change might be because different game modes like 5v5 would be good with ready to fight and battle instinct. When you are always carrying the team and rarely die, the death talents are useless.

    Favored by the crowd - seems useless
    Defiance - seems useless - i would change it to stun immunity after your stunned (0.2s) per level so max level it would give 5s stun immunity after your stunned and i would also transport this to pve after you get certain level in fame.

    that supportive aura looks really cool but would it be possible that different classes would drop different aura? hp, resource, armor boost, maybe block boost or something like this it would break little bit similarity for all classes.

    EDIT: okay seems like there isnt any cooldowns in explosion skills anymore so i would raise the requirement level to 40 in this skill.

    and i would make the mages explosion area work same way than lightning:
    ----> if you stand right in center or near center novas damage would be 100% (which is that 1000%) and this would decreace to 40-50% if you stand right at the outer edge of explosion.

    and same goes here (watch my wisdom tree feedback) that i would give max 70 points so that would be 1 point per level 1-45lv and 5 points per level from levels 46-50.

    I don't think it is working that way. I have been hit by the SW's explosion many times ... and died instantly taking 15K+ damage ... and I wasn't even close to the center.

    Just the initial announcement that guild wars was coming has made a huge difference in the game. I have seen several once strong guilds ruined due to the fact that not everyone in that guild pvp'd therefore their PvP fame was not "up to par" with the strongest players. So.... then the strongest players leave one guild, form there own and start taking the strongest players from the other guilds, thus leaving the shell of a guild behind. I think guild wars and the upcoming complicated changes are going to be the ruin of a once uncomplicated and AWESOME game.
    The changing of the Experience, Knowledge and Fame trees are, in my opinion, a horrible move. It used to be you achieve a certain level and you had a choice between 2 talents, but you were able to use them all. Now picking and choosing which talents to use is a chore and takes away from playing the game. I personally am against all the changes, not like it will make a difference, but.....

    Good morning guys, I couldnt try the skills cause the test server looks to be full and I cant access it, but even from the descriptions I can see the new system is not really to my liking. I can try to look at the old and to the new and its quite obvious the new system does not provide anything interesting and looks like there is not any motivation to fill it up to lvl 50. Excuse me if Im rong but we still need to collect fame points to obtain more talent points and we will not get automatic 1% damage and reduction for each lvl anymore. From what I see the new system doesnt improve the game experience of mine, and Ill just buy 1% damage for first 25 points and after that Ill go take the reduction cause it looks to be way better to get more damage for a whole match instead of increased damage and speed for a few seconds after killing the oponent. The same goes for reduction instead of heal on kill. The other talents listed here are not apealing for me ass well, they cost too much points and that makes them useless. So its not much of improving the current system as Id say its even worse when i dont get anything interesting from pvp anymore ? I kinda like that requirement to get 5 levels, but get a really powerful buff after achieving them, it was all worth it and motivating me to go up. I dont see this in the new system. The core is bad.

    You cant add two kinds of skills and make us to decide which to go for. Either seperate the x/25 ones and x ones or just scrap it. It could be interesting to choose between skills that increase my stats and seperately between some aditional abilities. I was looking at the wisdom skills and it seems there is the same problems, so why not mixing all the x/25 cost talents into one skill tree and make the other skill tree to be purely new abilities each costing and amount of points ? I cant see how will this work when you mix them together.

    Still looking foward the expansion tho, hopefully it will be fun ! cya

    From what I've seen so far, I don't really favor the new PvP skill system however change is inevitable:(
    One change that I dislike is the change of the lv40 PvP skills. The supernova, wail of death, forest vengence and fiery vengence were the Original, Powerful and Best skill for a character to have. They gave us something to work and now to see that something we worked so hard for just being tossed to every character out there doesn't give us interest in PvP anymore.
    I think the lv40 PvP skills should stay how they were, only available to those lv40(50 now) in PvP, like a reward for doing endless amounts of PvPs. It would atleast give us something good to PvP for.
    Just my opinion, Feel free to disagree ;);)

    So the new skills are available for about a week on the testserver now and I still cant find any diversity in the new PvP skill system, so anybody knows where it is ? It´s a no brainer to choose 25% more damage and 25% reduced damage.

    Seriously, just scrap this mess, keep the old tree and add new talents for 45 and 50 lvls. Nobody asked for those changes you made !

    According to the August 14th Twitch, the run to level 50 required new fame points, the current bank of badges of honor will not apply.
    That means they are worthless, only usable for the garbage items in the pvp store. Talk about devaluation!
    It is not right to change the rules after the game has started. Those badges of honor were available for increasing fame. They should stay that way.
    If you want to change future earnings (after August 26th), that's another story.

    i think they r referring to the 2 handed wep speed which they say was a bug.it was too fast,but you can keep what you have now,and future weps found will be lower.

    yes you can keep them,,no they will not be changed,,all items you currently have will not be changed(bugged or not).according to them :)

    This one is easy to hate. Lots of us worked hard to reach lvl 40 of fame. Now it's given for nothing. I understand there is some issue you are fixing with such a change, but, perhaps, there was some other solution. The world is not black and white. Honor should be rewarded in some way.

    And the cooldows, is that a joke about 2 min for SW only? Make it 1 min for everyone, or 2 min, or 5, I hate all those explosive 'masters' anyway.

    Hi Community.
    I am Daywaker2 from the Balor Server.

    I heard about the new Fame Tree.
    Do you know that we cant use our current Points for Update this tree 41-50 LvL .

    We must farm then all new. I think many Players that farmed years in PvP Marschall++ Ranks will be not be happy about this.
    If we know that we could farm Glyps of Power in that time and not waste our time for PvP. Its very unfair and i hope that BP will Wake up and Change this mistake. That we can use our current points to update the PvP tree.

    at 1min 20Sekond he say It will threfore not be possible to spend any saved honar badges in pvp tree onwards.
    Evereone will have to actively play to reach 50th lvl in the fame tree.

    Please Bigpoint change that again its simply not fair for the active PvP Players that saved many Points for the new Tree.

    I think you misunderstood what he said. Because it'll no longer cost badges to upgrade your fame tree, the fame level is dependent of the amount of honor points you've collected.

    Edit: Nevermind. I just watched the video again, a misunderstanding from my part.

    I totally agree to Daywaker, its a shame that player who farmed much honor in lots of months or years can´t upgrade the PvP tree automatically. There are enough people who are already Field Marshal+ because they invested lots of time in PvP. People who farmed 500 million glyphs can upgrade their items to lvl 55 but PvP accounts can´t upgrade the tree automatically? Totally unfair and noone will be happy that he can buy about 50-200 legend weapons from the honor points you farmed over years.
