Why no anderment receive after payment

    I have paid RM20 using text message just now to buy anderment 1650 x 2 but not receive any anderment. Please check why? thank you.

    Purchases can take a little while to show up on your a/c. Usually changing maps or logging out and back in refreshes the data and the package will be displayed. If not, please contact support and let them know, as we cannot help you here in the forum.

    The details you need to give to Support:
    ~ exactly what you purchased
    ~ when you purchased it
    ~ what method you used to make the purchase
    ~ your transaction ID/receipt number
    ~ whether you received a confirmation email or not
    ~ your User ID (a/c number) and the server.
