I live in U.S. in the state of Iowa. So what time will the event start for me tomorrow??? I'm wondering and I don't know time zones well. I play in the server agathon and I live in the U.S. Iowa aka Central Time. When will it start for me??

CET is what time it is in Germany. You can always go to Google and type in "Time in Germany" to compare that to what time it is where you are. If you are observing Daylight Savings Time in the Central Time Zone, there are 7 hours difference between the two. For example, if it is 12 noon in Germany, it will be 5 am in Iowa. Note that this changes when DST changes!

To further confuse things, if you are on Agathon, the event starts at 6 pm in Germany (11 am in Iowa) but if you are on Tegan, then the event starts at 9 pm in Germany (2 pm in Iowa).

    Hope that helps!

True but the time difference is correct. I posted this at 5:34 am in Germany which is 10:34 pm in Iowa.

The post on the event has the time as CET (+2). I was trying not to confuse things because BP isn't consistent in their announcements.

I'd LOVE to have a Drakensang Time that never changed (It could be Germany's.. doesn't matter). If that were the case then we could just know that we were always X hours off from that time and be able to figure out when events started/ended.

    Just my $0.02 :D

  6. I agree 100%. UTC/GMT would be best as it does not change for DLS. A linked embedded countdown timer for forum event/update announcements would be great too.

Yeah that'd be a great addition. A small change can have a big impact; would help resolve a lot of confusion.

I know it's 7:00 AM in Florida and I've already got a headache:). I'll just check back once in a while to see if the Event's started:).
