I don't know why but the quest for Ammon's armor isn't showing up with the NPC,

Is the ring of life quest showing up or has it been completed? You have to finish that ring quest first parallel grimm before you can take the first ammons armor quest in parallel grotto.

I have 4k armor right now and 4k HP, but only 3-400 regular damage with rage swing..
What does the dragan armor give? 50% HP and whatnot?

Well that's what I mean... I think. With Ammon's first ring quest Lord of the Dead/Bones. It doesn't show up. But weapons of time does. But both quests show up in my quest list. Worried that I can't receive an award though for the Ring+

thats because the ring of life quest only shows up at ammon in the q1 map. end of time quest only shows up at ammon in watery grave.

Gorga normal is nothing. My level 41 DK has 1 H damage only 300 base and only 2.4 k armor (yes, I am weak), but I can solo Gorga alright :p

How can you get 12k HP? o_O

    --MERGED--

I guess they are a lot easier with the essences

I think it gives 15% armor after 2 pieces and HP on both the helmet and pauldons, but can't remember. Dragan set info is in the wiki; just google drakensang wiki and it should come up. Find the unique item link and click on the dragonknight link or tab and you will get information on the unique items.

Defensively, my level 45 DK has about 7300 HP and 3500 armor and 1040 resist (1706 ander resist) and uses a 2-1 shield in the arena, and I am on the low end for HP for most AKOTO DKs. Typical end game DK's will have over 8000 HP in the arena, and flag runners often have 10000 or more.

A level 45 legendary can have a single line of high 200's, low 300's for HP. As an example, my recent map2 drops was a 4x health ring - it gave exactly 1000 HP. At level 48 it would come at around +1230 HP (for less than 2 million glyphs); two items with stats like this would be about +2500 HPs and of course one might just have 8 hp lines across their all their items, and a better drop with high 200's on every line might give +1100 or +1200 at level 45 and +1400 or higher at 48. Get numbers like this plus another item with a HP percentage modifiers (such as the wolf set, which gives a %10 modifier if you use the full set, or the ring of life), plus a bunch of +50 or +75 health gems and level 30 in knowledge and it adds up.

Edit: As a thought experiment, here are the numbers for a defensive flag running build using the drakensang optimizer, using only level 45 items and flawless gems:

Set is built with Perfect Vargulf Wolf set, Perfect Red Essence Set, a 4x +280 HP amulet, a 4x +250 Armor Belt, cloak of gloom and 2 perfect rings of life. All items are only level 45. Defensive gems include 20 +75 gems in the two rings, belt and amulet; 3 solstice stars, 1 jewel of rage, and 1 hp regen skull in the helmet, 1 20% armor gem in the chest, one 2% speed gem in the boots, and 18 +80 resist gems. I forgot to put gems in the shield.

Yes, the items are perfect, but then, it would not be difficult to either glyph them up to level 47 or 48, giving them similar better base numbers for HP and Armor, and of course, I forgot to put gems in the shield. Attack is kind of weak, of course, but a flag runner does not get much opportunity to attack.

Life points (regen rate) :13,026 (191.76/sec)
    Movement speed bonus :15%
    Block rate :65.31% (1,806)
    Reduction from blocking :51.82% (516)
    Physical resistance :61.63% (3,082)
    Fire resistance :42.87% (1,440)
    Ice resistance :46.83% (1,690)
    Lightning resistance :46.83% (1,690)
    Poison resistance :42.87% (1,440)
    Andermagic resistance :48.02% (1,773)

Interesting thought experiment, but I think there are a couple of better gear choices for an "ultimate flag runner." First of all, substitute the 4x250 armor belt with the Defender's belt, and one of the Rings of Life with the Defender's ring. Second, replace the Wolf set with the Black Warlord set and a good shield. The boots and gloves should be Keen's for the 500 HP that gives, and because of the 30% armor from the Defender's set and the Warlord set, you can look for a HP torso (4x280). A good amulet choice would be the Dragonache amulet for the speed, armor, and Fire resist.
Gems: 16x+80 resist (1 in helm), 5x+45 armor (in the Defender's belt), 19x+75HP, 3x Solstace Stars, 1x Onyx Skull, 1x Small accelerating jem.

You'd have slightly less HP, but better effective health due to a higher quality shield.
Life points (regen rate) :10,620 (140.70/sec)
    Movement speed bonus :12%
    Block rate :65.65% (1,834)
    Reduction from blocking :74.51% (1,402)
    Physical resistance :72.04% (4,943)
    Fire resistance :52.63% (2,132)
    Ice resistance :45.57% (1,607)
    Lightning resistance :45.57% (1,607)
    Poison resistance :45.57% (1,607)
    Andermagic resistance :45.57% (1,607)
The effectiveness difference of the shields (see my comments in the "good legendary shields" thread) means that my build has an effective HP gain of +48.92% (effective 15814 HP) from the shield as opposed to an effective HP gain of +33.84% (effective 17434 HP) HP in the Wolf Set build. (9.3% difference in favor of the wolf set), but there is a 10.41% difference in physical resistance, and a 9.76% difference in Fire resist (the most common elemental damage used against flag runners) in favor of the Warlord set. Also, this set is considering the Keen's items are LVL 40 in this example (as opposed to a perfect lvl 45 red ess set that we all know doesn't exist), this could account for another 200 HP and armor if glyphed to 45-46 (500k-800k each). Also, glyphing up the items (particularly the RoL and Torso) would easily account for another 300-500 HP, 100-200 armor, and 40-60 resist. Giving some attention to the shield, you would gain 100-200 block amount and reduction with the help from the Warlord set. The final advantage is that you get to chose your own weapon as opposed to being locked into the crappy mace that is a part of the wolf set. That allows you to use any good 1H weapon so as to have 500-700 max damage and allow for a little bit of offensive ability.

    EDIT:

Below is my stats with the items with none of the gems switched over (only using of 30/50 of my defensive gems). I also don't have a perfect HP torso, it only has 278 HP but has +820 armor. I would love to switch those numbers.

yeah, a dragan and defender build (my DK has the ring in storage) would be great, as it gets great armor numbers. So annoying that it looks like BP has given up on completing that event/set, as I actually enjoyed the second part.

i went with the pieces i did as i wanted to focus on pieces similar (my red ess set at 47 is pretty close to the perfect level 45 numbers, and should surpass it when i get it up to 48) to what i already had to show that 12000+ hp was not hard to obtain (and because i was playing around with gear on the optimizer). I had some alternative build using just 250 armor and health lines that were able to get up to nearly 15K hp.
