log in problem - auth3.bpsecure

    When I press log-in on the thin client, nothing happens
    When I use a browser, after I press log-in this appear:

    But sir, I'm pretty sure that we have an internet connection, I even try to log-in on a near internet cafe just to be sure. But it always says "auth3.bpsecure.com is down". It started last Friday. Thanks.
