Winter Solstice Daily Login Bonus

I do think it was announced on facebook too that we got the login bonus every day for the event.
Won't even bother to check, since the dso team doesn't do either, farmin a couple minutes more for those 100 essence and beets won't kill me.
Just pretty upset at the event allready, but aren't we all?

I have good news! We have received the confirmation that you should receive the bonus every day, and this is indeed a bug. The Dev Team is working on fixing this, so fingers crossed it gets sorted out quickly.

Edit: oh, its an actual bug. Nice, i want my stockings. I left my comments about farming below.

Its probably because of the event length; 100 snow ess times 30 days would give most 45s enough to complete the event without doing the snowman farm or paying, since the presents also give some ess.

That said, I spent 3 hours doing snowman farming a couple days ago and racked up 4000+ snow ess beyween my two toons. Event interest has died down so there is not as much competition for the snowmen late at night on Agathon.

 

Of course it is bug ... it was announced 7 days ago ... and yet no daily bonus.

I finished the event in max. of 4 hours on day 1 ... but I still want my daily bonus.

 

Since the lack of the daily bonus is not a game-killing bug, I wouldn't expect to see a fix until 2015 (maybe 2016).
