lost Gem

anyowwwne else had this problem i have an xtra axe in my storage chest with empty slot i put it in the slot{ i put a +3 ruby } and it disappered BP owes me a +3 ruby man that bites to lose that

 

Hi @jamesstafford58 , it is a known issue; your loss is only visual, try reopening chest and checking again if gem is there. If it's not, contact Support and they will help you!

Yup. it happens often. Closing and reopening the locker usually works, or restarting the character or game.

It's just another cheap thrill in the world of Drakensang. No heart attacks allowed.

 

yes I have..i farmed out 100 keys.its in the server to my account that activity..i haD opened alegendary trunk..from caverns...honey ..my game guild boss was in text from another map at that time. other players too but who cares..we chatted as I explored. my intent waqs to open that chest..i had to reset that map a few times until it was tat leg trunk..the players were chatting along the way..like have ya found it yet..did ya open it yet...I hads finally ..picked upo all items...not long after ..back in the RCC town///I had noticed the leg item missing and the red essence not show, i had it in slot. I used it for only a few shots my first red essence pack.I had tried to text site in many ways..was very mad at that issue..I know one thing. Ill be the only one who gives a EDIT ..as its not your account.so you wont care..It pissed me off to have spent all that time farming keys for that..dso never responded and my issue was never fixed..you ban a guy in one second for swearing .lol cry me a river..but fix an honest issue ...cmon,yes I have had that problem..al ido is check inventory and hope things arent stolen taken ect..
